Reserving and Planning Your Event It's best to book your reservations as far in advance as possible to avoid disapointment. Summer weeks and holiday weekends all year 'round book up very quickly. |
We invite you to join us at Camp Conifer, and we will strive to make your visit the most enjoyable camping experience your group has ever had. In order for this to happen, there are a few things that we'll ask you -- as the organizer -- to coordinate before you arrive. STEP ONE: MAKE CONTACT AND COME SEE THE CAMP Call our office anytime to ask about potential dates and to get an exact quote tailored to your group’s needs and requirements. Or you may fill out the e-form below and submit it to our office for review. Someone will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your request and discuss fees and other important details with you. Booking at Camp Conifer is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the dates you request are available, your group will then be given first priority for those dates, for a period of two weeks. During that time, you and your staff may wish to make arrangements to visit our site and see how our facilities will best serve the needs of your group. STEP TWO: SIGN A LICENSE AGREEMENT Once you are certain that you are pleased with Camp Conifer, you must request that a License Agreement be sent to you for your approval and signature. STEP THREE: SEND IN YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Once we receive your signed agreement along with a reservation deposit, this will be considered a contractual agreement and will guarantee your placement for the dates wished. RESERVATIONS: We ask for a 25% deposit to reserve space. This amount is based on an agreed upon minimum number of guests within the price range you qualify for (Please refer to rates and fees for your price range amount). Your group will be charged for this minimum number, so please plan carefully. It is generally best to reserve at least 6 months to a year in advance due to demand, especially for dates during holidays. NOTE: During July and August and on certain holidays, a group size minimum may be required for exclusive booking rights or to secure a reservation. |

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED: A deposit equal to 25% of the total rate is required when reservations are made. The deposit is fully refundable (minus a $25.00 processing fee) if we are notified 30 days in advance of cancellation. Cancellation notices less than 30 days in advance of cancellation, are not refundable. Exceptions include: If we are able to re-book your reserved dates, your reservation deposit may be up to 50% refundable. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. Balance due two weeks prior to arrival or by arrangement. |
