Getting to Camp Conifer

Whatever mode of transportation you choose to take to get to Conifer Camp, we encourage all of our visitors to plan the traveling portion of their adventure well in advance. It's easy to get here when all of the right arrangements have been made.

 

Directions from Los Angeles
(Driving time is two hours hours)

Take Highway 10 East to Redlands (12 miles past San Bernardino). Exit onto Highway 30 at Alabamba Rd. (sign says Hwy. 30 - Highlands to Hwy. 330 - Running Springs). In Highland take exit 330 - To Mountain Resorts.

Continue up the mountain past Running Springs. Take Highway 18 East toward Big Bear for 1 miles to Arrowbear. Turn right onto Conifer Camp Road at the VALERO Gas Station and continue to the end of the road to Conifer Camp.

 

Directions from Palm Springs
(Driving time is one and a half hours)

Take Highway 10 West to Redlands. Take Highway 30 North to the 330 exit: to mountain resorts. Continue up the mountain past Running Springs. Take Highway 18 East toward Big Bear for 1 mile to Arrowbear. Turn right onto Conifer Camp Road at the VALERO Gas Station and continue to the end of the road to Conifer Camp.

 

Directions from Barstow
(Driving time is two hours hours)

Take Highway 215 to San Bernardino. Take Highway 30 past Highway 18 to the 330 exit to mountain resorts. Continue up the mountain past Running Springs. Take Highway 18 East toward Big Bear for 1 miles to Arrowbear. Turn right onto Conifer Camp Road at the VALERO Gas Station and continue to the end of the road to Conifer Camp.
